Overview
Products may be returned for exchange within 3 -5 days from date of purchase (unfortunately we do not process any refunds).
In order for an exchange to be processed, the products must be unused and returned in its original box/wrapping together with proof of payment/invoice.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Bags
- Jewellery
- Underwear
All exchanges will exclude all delivery fees that were paid as part of the order.
